The project title will be printed on the award and in all award publications. Please make sure that everything is spelled correctly, including all acronyms, and that it is in the Title Case format.
Title case means that the first letter of each word is capitalized, except for certain small words, such as articles and short prepositions.

Engineers' Council awards may be presented at one of the following National Engineers Week Banquet events. Indicate the preferred venue for presentation of this award, if approved by the Honors & Awards Committee.

Note: Organizations submitting multiple nominations are strongly encouraged to appoint a single contact with whom the Banquet Chair with communicate to coordinate attendance for all award recipients and guests.
Criteria:
With this award, the Engineers' Council recognizes individuals who have achieved significant accomplishments in a particular area of engineering activity within the past year. The effort being recognized may be for academic research, contract fulfillment, product development or purely for the internal operation of the nominating or sponsoring organization. Candidates may receive multiple awards in this category during their careers, but never more than once for the same technical effort. The work cited may be for a solely individual effort or for work which is part of a larger group activity. Nomination or award in this category does not preclude the individual from being named on a related Distinguished Engineering Project Award.
If selected, the recipient will be presented the award at the upcoming Engineers' Council Honors and Awards Banquet. Both the recipient and nominator are expected to attend as the guests of the nominating or sponsoring organization.

A. Description of Accomplishments. Describe the candidate's outstanding accomplishments within the last year, and other significant accomplishments within the past 5 years.
B. Comments. Please provide any other special reasons for nominating this candidate.
C. Award Citation. Provide a 30-word citation, suitable for recognition materials.
