Jeffrey Kincaid was recognized as the Engineers' Council 2008 San Fernando Valley Engineer of the Year, and will hold the perpetual Omni Award for one year. The Omni Award is engraved with the names of all San Fernando Valley Engineers of the Year, which have been named and recognized by The Engineers' Council since 1959.
